Clearfield Properties is an Abuja real estate company focused on property development and management. We help people buy, lease, sell and invest in property, and we deliver housing that ranges from affordable to luxury.
Our people are project managers, civil engineers, architects, structural engineers, quantity surveyors and interior designers. They combine technical skill with a commitment to ethical practice.

Our story
Clearfield Nigeria Limited was incorporated on 3 March 2015 as a limited liability company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 405451). It is a multi-disciplinary consultancy and development company.
From that foundation, the group expanded. Clearfield Project Management Services was registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 1329196). Clearfield Property Limited (RC 734123) was then incorporated to focus on property development and management.
Today Clearfield Properties is led by Obong (Amb.) Gabriel David Obot, Chief Executive and Chairman, a strategic realtor known for turning vision into tangible property developments.

Obong (Amb.) Gabriel David Obot is the Chief Executive and Chairman of Clearfield Property Limited. A strategic realtor, he has built a reputation for hard work, commitment, diligence and consistency, and for turning his vision into tangible developments in lands and properties. He is guided by a strong faith in God.
Mr. Gabriel
Mr. Gabriel leads the engineering and technical operations at Clearfield Properties. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, he oversees technical aspects of property development, construction, inspections, and maintenance. His expertise helps ensure that projects meet the required standards of safety, functionality, and durability.
Miss. Angela
Miss Angela serves as Secretary and Public Relations representative at Clearfield Properties. She supports the company’s administrative operations while helping maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Her professionalism, organization, and approachable manner contribute to a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the company.
Mr Excel Kolawole
Mr. Excel Kolawole oversees the technology and digital systems at Clearfield Properties. He is responsible for maintaining the company’s digital infrastructure, supporting website and technology operations, and helping implement innovative solutions that improve communication, efficiency, and customer experience.
